I wrote this from the perspective of a child living in Gaza during the the Israeli Defense Force Invasion of Gaza in the summer of 2014. It grapples with this question: How can a child figure out who they are, or the big picture if there world is so unstable? It is also relevant to all children living in chaotic situations.
